• We ask that REA Building Reps (or other identified REA Building Leaders, if Reps are unavailable) AND Principals and/or Assistant Principals will meet in-person in a room at school and, as one entity/account, log on to a zoom hosted by Labor Relations Director, Tom Poulos and REA President, Julianna Dauble
• We will present slides about the major changes to the contract and highlight the specific areas we know are the most difficult to implement or understand
• For a few topics, we will be asking teams to mute on the zoom and discuss amongst yourselves how things are going at your school, in relation to the information we’ve presented. 
• Your team’s questions will be answered as time allows.  Questions we can’t answer during the zoom will be collected and answered ASAP.
• We are well aware there are new challenges with behavior supports and special education issues.  We will share with you all what we have access to regarding contractual protections and processes and update you on any district wide initiatives aimed at addressing these concerns.

If you or your team can’t attend we will share the presentation and questions that came up with your team to review together as you are able.  This is not a required event but we do hope that you encourage each other to attend to receive the same message from the district and union to better move forward together.
